The backup catalog you can see
For every backup copy the catalog shows what it is, exactly where it lives, when it was made, its size, whether it is encrypted and its hash — and the folder viewer shows what each host really holds, at the source and at the destination. No dashboards that say 'all green': one verdict (ok, attention or critical) with the reason.
Sign in to open the catalogWhat the catalog answers
- 1
The catalog — every copy with its name, exact folder, size, time and hash.
- 2
Folder contents — what each VPS or computer holds, at the source and at the destination.
- 3
Proof — a restore that was actually tested, plus coverage, retention and off-site checks.
- 4
One verdict — ok, attention or critical, with the reason and the checks that ran.
How it works
- 1
The daily backup job writes the copies and a manifest on the server. The catalog reads that manifest — it never connects to your database.
- 2
Each host publishes a folder listing. The app compares the source with the destination and counts only real backup copies.
- 3
Open the dashboard: one verdict lists the gaps (missing, stale, plaintext, off-site, destination, proof), with the check that found each one.
